Custom Monoclonal Antibody Service
1. The protocol includes immunization of five mice in 3-5 injections (according to the response)
2. We test by dot blotting after 2nd and 3rd injection to determine mice with best response to antigen
3. Fusion of splenocytes and myeloma cells
4. Screening to identify suitable clones after fusion
5. We will discuss with you during the development process the best design for the screening test in order to get the maximum number of hybridomas suitable for the customer's work
6. We can perform small or large-scale production of antibodies for you as well as purify your monoclonal antibody using protein A or protein L columns
Production Schedule
| Activity No. | Procedure | Description |
